Sept 16th – Oct 31st - $99 + taxes for two people (double occupancy)
June 15th – Sept 15th - $109 + taxes for two people (double occupancy)
We encourage you to stay longer than one night! Therefore if you book a room for two nights or more, we reduce our rate to $90 off season and $100 high season per room per night! In addition, if you stay for one week, the 7th night is free, so a one week stay costs $540 off season and $600 peak season. Full breakfast and tea & coffee making facilities are included in the price.
The rates are for Double Occupancy for two adults and taxes are extra. Unfortunately we do not have the facilities for extra people to share the double rooms.
The Cottage
If you require more sleeping space in the one room, may we recommend our cottage? This is particularly suitable for families sharing a room and can sleep 4/5.
The rates for the cottage are $80 per night (for two people) or $450 per week, self-catering, taxes extra. An extra adult is $10 per night and an extra child under 12 is $5 per night. In the high season (July & August) there is a surcharge of $10 for a one-night stay.
Breakfast options are available for the cottage, please ask.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
We ask for a deposit of the first night accommodation excluding taxes.
Send a deposit to reserve your room by Paypal online. Or telephone us with a credit card.
The deposit is charged at the time of booking. If your booking is cancelled with at least 14 days notice, we will refund your deposit less a $25 service charge.
Your deposit is forfeited if any part of your booking is cancelled with less than 14 days notice, however, we will do our absolute best to re-let the room and if we are able to re-let for ALL parts of your stay we will refund your deposit less the $25 service charge.
Check-in is after 3pm although we will do our best to accommodate you if you need to arrive earlier if we have sufficient notice. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 7pm.
Please check out by 11am, however, again we will do our best to accommodate your needs if we are able.
Please note that taxes are extra, and in PEI the GST is 5% (added first) then PST of 10%. GST is refundable for visitors from other countries following exit from Canada.
